After being associated with Sinclair Research since 1982, primarily as a customer and then as seller and programmer, as well as being present through the transformation of Sinclair to Amstrad, and then being transformed to PICK Systems, we had the urge to build an R&D IT and Technology business. The technology R&D was well supported by my very early qualification and experience in Electronics. We still say that if computers were not made from electronics, we would never have used computers.

This long and exciting journey began sometime in June 1989.

The best thing about being an R&D business was that we were always doing something new and exciting. Everything we did was original. Our customers and clients were (and are) mainly Entrepreneurs. Even if they are not, we always consider and deal with everyone, some who have become our dear friends and like family over the last 35+ years, as Entrepreneurs. So, every sale or project we did and continue to do, we always consider the ROI (Return on Investment) for our clients.

The clients get the greatest deal in town.

Since that start, we have built Computers, Computer Languages, Telephony devices, CNC, PLC, etc. In fact, we have completed projects both large and small, in almost every major industry spanning every continent on the planet. We have directly or indirectly served IBM, HP, GE, CNN, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Schlesinger, Dulux, Epson, Quintum, tea factories, telecoms, distilleries, confectionaries, cancer research foundations, biometrics, Tabung Haji and the Malaysian Heart Foundation, to name a few.

One project that propelled our work to fame was possibly building the world’s first digital TV station (1991). Today we have an ever evolving (SOA) ERP with our own server, database technologies and data structures that are Blockchain ready.

We are R&D. That is our culture. If the client does not have the budget for a product, we bring it under our own R&D budget to make if affordable for the Entrepreneur.

We have served in many forms negotiating the world of geopolitics and economic downturns. We saw the current economy of the world in 2026 as early as 2014.

The future is now! As our founders slowly assume mentor positions a new generation of personnel and a young team are taking over – which means we are ready to evolve through the next 30 years.
